The rest of the month brings outdoor events, some great live music, and tons of other things to get you out of the house after winter hibernation.

This is kind of the stretch where everything starts picking up again, events, people getting out, and the housing market goes right along with it. If you’ve been thinking about making a move, this is when things start moving fast, and getting a feel for different neighborhoods, homes, and what’s out there becomes a lot more useful than just scrolling online. Whether you’re out for an event or just exploring, it’s a good time to pay attention to what feels right, because the next couple months tend to go quickly.
