Temps are rising and there’s more and more to do every day. The Twin Cities is finally waking up, and the past couple weeks proved that. People are getting back outside, the farmers markets are open, patios are full, and the energy around town has been great.

The St. Paul Art Crawl ran across three weekends this April, bringing together over 300 local artists in studios, galleries, and lofts all over the city. Up to 20,000 people came out to see work, meet artists, and just explore their neighborhoods. We also had a great Record Store Day, got outside with Omni Brewing’s Bock Party, and saw some beautiful boquets at the MIA’s Art in Bloom.

Check out some great things happening around the Twin Cities over the next couple weeks below.

Spring has a way of making everything feel more possible, and that includes the idea of finding a new home.

If you've had a move in the back of your mind, this is the time of year when things start to get real. Inventory picks up, buyers get moving, and neighborhoods that felt quiet all winter suddenly have a lot more going on.

Getting out and actually spending time in the places you're curious about will tell you a lot more than any listing will. So while you're out enjoying everything the next few weeks have to offer, keep your eyes open. The right neighborhood has a way of making itself known.
