Ally Lilja
Ally is a fourth generation Saint Paulite who was born and raised in the Highland Park and West End neighborhoods, but has split her time between Saint Paul and her family’s home near Lake Pepin. This “dual citizenship” has given her knowledge and experience of both small town and urban living.
Even though the bumper sticker on her car says “Keep Saint Paul Boring”, she knows it is anything but!
